Refund policy

We want you to love your jewellery — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 21 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at kinishaflood@live.com

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send it back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll happily replace or refund faulty items at no cost to you.
